If you’re getting onto the water right away this season, be aware that the Coast Guard’s NAVWARN system is producing a fair number of notifications about problems with NAVAIDS. My latest NAVWARN notification includes the following missing marks: Waubaushene green spar buoy MC35, Honey Harbour green spar buoy C95/1 , Potato Island Channel green spar buoy C49/1 , Ottley Island green spar buoy C129 , and O’Donnell Point green spar buoy C145.
